Common Problem and Solution
Q: Why the gps without voice?
A: 1. Please check if the FM function. Feature is enabled; if it was turned on, please disable it: Main menu → FM → remove check mark on “USE FM”
2. Please adjust the navigation volume: Main menu → Settings → Volume → Adjust the volume slider to an appropriate level that suits your taste → Click “√” to save (important)
3. Please check the volume setting in the navigation map: Main menu → Navigation → Settings(tools icon ) → Sound and Warnings→ Volume →Adjust the volume slider(s) to an appropriate level that suits your taste. Note that at this level, you can adjust the levels to specific functions (Voice, Ding, etc.). You can also mute any volume level by tapping the speaker. A red X will appear on the speaker.
4. Please change to other voice packages: Main menu → Navigation → Settings(tools icon ) → Sound and Warnings → Voice Language → Select other voices and/or languages.
Q: How to set the time of the gps?
A: 1. GPS time setting: Main menu → Settings → Date/Time → time and date, time/date format and time zone.
2. Map time setting: Main menu → Navigation → Settings(tools icon ) → Regional → Time Zone → Set time zone of your location. Note: Do not select "USE Auto Time Zone", otherwise, when you enter other cities, the time will readjust to your geographical location’s time zone.
Q:The gps can not turn on?
A:1.Please be sure you use our original car charger.
2.Change another car charger of 5V.2.5A to have a look or take the gps to your home to try with a home charger.
3.please Press the reset button for 3 times in a row with a samll needle.(reset button is on the back of the gps)
Q: How to update the map?

install step:
Step1:Download the map by the computer and then unzip it
Step2:Delete the old map in the gps（format the gps in the computer for 2 times)
Step3:Contant the gps with computer
Step4:Copy the map from computer to the gps
Step5:Install the map in the gps and setting the route

Q: How to add the address to my favorate?
A: You can set some frequently used places as Favorites to quickly navigate when you use them next time. Set the Favorites method: Destination → Find Address → find the destination → More → __________ Add to Favorites To access your Favorites: Destination → Favorites → Choose a place → done
Q: How to change km to miles?
A: Main menu--Navigation--Settings (tools icon)--Regional--Units and Formats--Distance] (Kilometers/Meters, Miles/feet, Miles/yards)
